When will my artwork ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country, as well as shipping costs. Please fill out the Contact Me page on my website to request a shipping quote.

How is my artwork packaged?

All artworks are carefully and securely packaged to protect them during shipping. I use professional materials to ensure your piece arrives safely.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. I’ll arrange a refund once the item is received on return.

Can I return or exchange my artwork?

Because each piece is unique, returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless the item is damaged in transit or significantly different from its description.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing me at bettykayton@gmail.com. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been prepared or shipped.

Do I own the copyright to the artwork I purchase?

No. When you buy a piece of artwork, you own the physical item only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist, Betty Kayton. This means you may display the artwork in your home or business, but you may not reproduce, resell prints, or use the image commercially without permission.

Do you take commissions?

Yes! I accept select commission requests depending on availability. Please fill out the Contact Me page on my website with your idea, and we can discuss details.
